We make products in small batches and ensure the highest quality of products. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have prior to placing your order. We don't accept returns for customer discontent or dissatisfaction with a product. The exception is if a product arrives physically damaged or broken. Please email us with an image of the damage and we will ship a replacement free of charge.
